Dear Community Members,
I am writing to you on behalf of the Providence Ministries (PMN) Board of Directors to inform you that the Board has accepted the PMN Executive Director, Shannon Rudder’s resignation. Please join me in thanking Shannon for all her contributions over the last two years. I also want to assure you that we have a seamless transition plan in place. Effective April 6, 2020 Jennie Adamczyk will become the Interim Director of Providence Ministries. In addition, I have put a search committee in place and will be conducting a search over the next several weeks.
The PMN Board is confident that Ms. Adamczyk will work to keep the ministries moving forward during this period. Jennie joined Providence Ministries in May of 2019 in the newly created Program Director role. She is dedicated and is passionate about the mission. In January, Ms. Adamczyk was promoted to the position of Associate Director of PMN and added the responsibility of daily management of the three Sober Living Homes in addition to Kate’s Kitchen and St. Jude’s Thrift Store. Ms. Adamczyk can be reached at 413-536-9109, ext. 7 or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Important Changes Due to Coronavirus Concern and Safety
The Kitchen Experience scheduled for March 19 has been cancelled and will be rescheduled. Please reach out to our office in regards to ticket refunds at 413-533-5909.
Kate's Kitchen is suspending dining room service until further notice. We will continue our mission of feeding those in need by giving hot to-go containers to our guests outside. We will also be preparing, should there be no school, for an increase in numbers due to children needing food. Some of the population we serve have weakened immune systems and/or no medical care, so it is important to keep the dining room empty to avoid the spread of illness.
At the moment, Margaret's Pantry and Housing are taking extra precautions and cleaning measures, and there is no interruption of service for right now. We will make you aware should there be any changes that occur to these programs.
If you volunteer with our organization, we ask that you exercise caution and use your best judgement. If you are uncomfortable coming in, please don't and most importantly, if you aren't feeling well, please stay home.
We thank you for your understanding and ongoing support of our mission!
